1.   原理和理論Principle and theory：

顆粒在壓縮時要經歷初步壓縮、顆粒重排、初始結構形成、彈性形變、塑性形變、顆粒破碎、結合鍵形成、進一步壓實及卸去壓力后的彈性恢復等系列變化，顆粒結構被破壞并發(fā)生重組形成新的結合鍵及壓縮體；通過對粉體施加屈服強度變形所需的主應力，來分析粉體的體積、空隙率，壓縮度與屈服強度關系即（主應力與粉體密度的變化關系），采用經驗方程法：Heckel、Kawakita、Adams方程及川北方程線性回歸方程的壓縮理論來分析粉體顆粒新品、研發(fā)固體產品比如在藥物配比及工藝選擇方面及壓實密度對壓力的要求等的預測性分析工具.

本機型還可以實現粉體電阻、電阻率、電導率的測量（導體粉末），可通過粉體壓縮與阻抗的變化關系或者粉末體壓縮過程中的靜電測量（絕緣粉體顆粒）.通過電性能的變化來判斷粉體壓縮特性.
