設(shè)備組成

Equipment composition:

整臺設(shè)備為不完全封閉型，由擺動布料段、干燥段、出料段、物料輸送系統(tǒng)、換熱系統(tǒng)及控制系統(tǒng)等部分組成。擺動布料段作用使海藻膠均勻分散在金屬網(wǎng)帶上，并且勻速輸送到干燥段，海藻經(jīng)熱風干燥后，再經(jīng)過出料段排料。

The equipment is not incomplete enclosed type, it is composed of Distributor, Drying section, Discharging section, Material delivery system, heat exchanger and control system.

Purpose of swing distributor is to distribute the raw material on belt uniformly, after drying section, the finial products is discharged by discharging section.
