XMGQ功指數(shù)球磨機(jī)主要用于測(cè)定各種礦石、爐渣等物料的磨礦功指數(shù)。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部**指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

XMGQ Work Index Ball Mill is mainly used to determine the work index of grinding of ores , slag and other materials. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

二、工作原理

與一般球磨機(jī)相同，將一定粒度和重量的物料放入球磨機(jī)內(nèi)，球磨機(jī)內(nèi)裝入一定尺寸、一定數(shù)量的鋼球，在特定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)下進(jìn)行干法磨礦，將產(chǎn)品篩分、稱(chēng)重，反復(fù)進(jìn)行多次，在經(jīng)計(jì)算得出磨礦功指數(shù)（kwh/t）。

As with the common ball mill, materials of given size and weight and steel balls of certain size and number are put into ball mill. Dry grinding proceeds at the rated rotation speed to screen and weigh products repeatedly. The grinding work index （kwh/t）is obtained by calculation.
