中心傳動(dòng)球磨機(jī)是由電動(dòng)機(jī)、液力偶合器、減速器、主軸承、筒體、進(jìn)出料端部等組成。其所有部件位于同一軸線或同一平行軸線上。它以中心傳動(dòng)取代常規(guī)磨機(jī)的大小齒輪周邊傳動(dòng)。
當(dāng)電機(jī)空載起動(dòng)時(shí),液力偶合器中與電動(dòng)機(jī)聯(lián)接的泵輪從電機(jī)獲得能量傳遞給工作油,當(dāng)電機(jī)達(dá)到一定轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí),工作油高速?zèng)_擊與負(fù)載聯(lián)接的渦輪,從而驅(qū)動(dòng)負(fù)載;當(dāng)工作油降低能量后,又回到泵輪待重新吸收能量,這樣往復(fù)循環(huán),實(shí)現(xiàn)泵輪(主動(dòng))與渦輪(從動(dòng))之間的能量傳遞。因泵輪與渦輪之間只通過工作油實(shí)現(xiàn)上述柔性聯(lián)系,所以能隔離扭振和沖擊,使負(fù)載起動(dòng)平穩(wěn)。
中心傳動(dòng)球磨機(jī)由于采用圓柱滾子軸承,減少了摩擦阻力和靜阻力矩,加上使用了液力偶合器和齒輪減速器,使配用電動(dòng)機(jī)功率較常規(guī)磨機(jī)減少了10.7%--30%,節(jié)能效果顯著。
Center drive ball mill is made up of electric motor, fluid coupling,
reducer, the main bearings, cylinder, feeding and catching end. All of
its components are in the same axis or parallel. It use center driving
replace the conventional gear and pinion driving around.
When the motor starting with no-load, the pump impeller in the fluid
coupling connected with motor ,then transfer energy from motor to the
operation oil, when the motor reaches a certain speed, the operation oil
attack the turbine which connected with the load at high-speed ,in this
way, the motor drives the load; when operation oil reduced energy
,which returned to pump impeller and re-absorption of energy, so in this
cycle back and forth, to achieve transferring energy between the pump
impeller (the initiative) and turbine (driven). Because only the
operation oil can achieve the above-mentioned flexible connection, so
they are able to isolate torsional vibration and shock, and making the
load start smoothly.
As a result of center drive ball mill using roller bearings which
reduced the frictional resistance and static resistance torque, and
coupled with the use of the fluid coupling and gear reducer ,in this way
, compared with conventional mill ,center drive ball mill is able to
make the electrical power decreased by 10.7% - 30% . Energy-saving
effect is very obvious.
