◆ 加熱保溫采用（石墨或金屬鉬）適用不同工藝。

The heating and insulation materials adopt graphite or Molybdenum for different process.

◆ 360度輻射加熱，加熱材料選用（石墨 鎢鉬），多區(qū)控溫。

The heating materials (molybdenum, graphite) can do raidation heating at 360o, temperature controlled by multi-zone.

◆ 對流加熱，低溫區(qū)對流加熱，升溫快，均溫性好。

Convection heating at low temperature, fast and uniform heating.

◆ 快冷系統(tǒng)采用變頻調(diào)速，穩(wěn)定可靠，可分為內(nèi)循環(huán)和外循環(huán)冷卻。

The fast cooling system is of frequency control, you can control the cool speed. Double cooling system (external circuiting and internal circuiting) is for fast cooling process.

◆ 真空分壓系統(tǒng)，有效控制高溫區(qū)合金成分揮發(fā)。設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)為；單室臥式；雙室臥式；三室臥式等結(jié)構(gòu)。
