AA-20DD實(shí)時(shí)自相關(guān)儀用于平滑快速測(cè)量飛秒和皮秒脈寬。自相關(guān)儀不同型號(hào)對(duì)應(yīng)不同波長(zhǎng)，AA-20DDM使用3個(gè)可互換光電探測(cè)器和光學(xué)元件可以覆蓋這幾個(gè)波長(zhǎng)范圍。根據(jù)需要可以覆蓋兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的范圍。輸入脈寬范圍從10 fs至30 ps，易于監(jiān)視不同的激光器系統(tǒng)，尤其是飛秒和皮秒振蕩器（監(jiān)視放大器，見(jiàn)ASF-20單次自相關(guān)儀）。

儀器使用USB接口，可以連接Windows操作系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算機(jī)。提供Labview驅(qū)動(dòng)及多種軟件工具。采集的脈寬數(shù)據(jù)可視化，可存儲(chǔ)或?qū)С鰐xt或dat文件。可以計(jì)算并實(shí)時(shí)顯示自相關(guān)函數(shù)和*終FWHM飛秒脈寬。而且，可以高斯或雙曲線擬合，也可查看強(qiáng)度函數(shù)。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能可以對(duì)幾個(gè)單獨(dú)的脈沖測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。

AA-20DD（132×123×118 mm）體積小，可以用在任何對(duì)空間要求嚴(yán)格的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置中。

可選擇光纖輸入，不同光纖進(jìn)行快速可靠脈寬測(cè)量。而且，這種情況下自相關(guān)儀依然可以進(jìn)行自由空間測(cè)量。
