3D單分子熒光成像系統(tǒng)

abbelight SAFe360是一款基于單分子定位的顯微成像(SMLM)的3D單分子成像系統(tǒng),它獨(dú)有的DAISY技術(shù)整合了散光技術(shù)和超臨界角光技術(shù),能夠極大的提高定位精度,達(dá)到**的xyz同時(shí)15nm的定位精度,可以提供清晰度**的三維的亞細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)圖像,**同時(shí)四色成像觀測,可以實(shí)時(shí)研究不同的結(jié)構(gòu)功能蛋白的共定位信息,在單分子水平研究分子動(dòng)力學(xué)反應(yīng)以及細(xì)胞間的相互作用等。
