工作原理 WORKING PRINCIPLE：

物料自進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，在振動(dòng)力作用下物料沿水平流化床拋擲，向前連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，熱風(fēng)向上穿過流化床同濕物料換熱后，濕空氣旋風(fēng)分離器除塵后由排風(fēng)口排出，干燥物料由排料口排出。

Raw material is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized and carries out hot geat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone separator and duster and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

適用范圍 SCOPE OF APPLICATION：

醫(yī)藥化工：各種壓片顆粒、硼酸、硼砂、苯二酚、蘋果酸、馬來酸等。
食品建材：酒槽、味精、砂糖、食鹽、豆瓣、種籽、礦渣等。
還可以用于物料冷卻、增濕等。
該機(jī)適用于料度分布較廣的松散性粉狀和料狀的干燥。

物料受熱均勻，熱交換充分，干燥強(qiáng)度高，比普遍干燥機(jī)節(jié)能30%左右。
振動(dòng)源是采用振動(dòng)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、維修方便、噪音低、壽命長。
流動(dòng)化穩(wěn)、無死角和吹穿現(xiàn)象。
可調(diào)性好，適應(yīng)面寬，料層厚度在機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)速度以及振幅變更均可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。
對(duì)物料表面損傷性小，可用于易碎物料的干燥，物顆粒不規(guī)則晨亦不影響工作效果。
采用全封閉式的結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的防止了物料與空氣間的交污染，作業(yè)環(huán)境清潔。
Raw material is heated evenly and heat exchange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary drier, the energy can be saved about 30%.
The vibration is crated by motor. It is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life.
The fluidized state is stable and no dead angle and phenomenon of broken out.
It is good in regulation and wide in suitability, the thickness of raw material layer and movable speed inside the machine and the amplitude can be adjusted through continuous bariable speed.
It is small for damaging the surface of raw material. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can not be affected even if raw materials have anomaly shape.
It is effective to prevent from cross pollution between raw material and air because the equipment adapts fully closed structure. The enbvironment of operation clean.
