回轉(zhuǎn)式烘干機主體是略帶傾斜并能回轉(zhuǎn)的圓筒體，該機主要由回轉(zhuǎn)體，揚料板，傳動裝置，擋輪裝置，托輪裝置，燃燒室，出料罩及兩端密封裝置等部件組成。具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，制作精良，產(chǎn)量高，能耗低，運轉(zhuǎn)方便等特點?；剞D(zhuǎn)式烘干機**應用于建材，化工，冶金，食品能源等行業(yè)
The rotary dryer consists of dryer body with particular inclination, shovel plate, transmission device, support roller device, thrust roller device, burning chamber, outlet hood and sealing devices. The equipment is fabricated with reasonable structure and process, which is high output capacity, energy-saving and easy maintenance. The rotary dryer is widely used in building material, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, food and power industries.
設(shè)備技術(shù)特點：
1.干燥機抗過載能力強，處理量大，燃料消耗小，干燥成本低；
2.可根據(jù)不通的工藝采用順流或逆流方式干燥；筒體長度可根據(jù)初水分，終水份進行設(shè)計；
3.可根據(jù)不同的物料性質(zhì)改變運行參數(shù)，使物料在干燥機筒體內(nèi)能夠行程連續(xù)的全斷面料幕，質(zhì)熱交換更為充分；
4.運行備件消耗量低。
Technical characteristics
1.The rotary dryer can operation in overload condition, the output is high while the fuel cost is low.
2.The material drying processes can be flow and anti-flow according to the materials various condition. The length of the dryer body can be designed as per the initial moisture and final moisture of the material.
3.The running parameter can be changed according to the material’s requirements; the material can be lifted up as a material curtain by the shovel plate, so that the heat-exchange action can be doing continuously. The heat-exchange rate is high.
4.The maintenance is easy. The consumption of spare parts is low.
