1、此機器為上置料板搖擺工作臺，材料由上向下進行切割。
2、搖擺驅(qū)動器驅(qū)動曲柄旋轉(zhuǎn)，滑動銷軸通過長滑孔驅(qū)動上置料板與切割料的組合左右擺動至特定的?度位置，先進行點接觸或短線接觸進行切割。
3、切割金剛石線反復交替在兩條切割面上做切割運動，使切割面對切割金剛石線的阻力變小、切割效率提高減小了金剛石線斷線的概率。
