高效單晶圓棒是采用直拉法制備的<100>晶向的單晶,主要用于制備低衰減高轉(zhuǎn)換效率的太陽能電池。高效單晶經(jīng)過裝料-合爐-化料-調(diào)溫-穩(wěn)溫-引晶-放肩-轉(zhuǎn)肩-等徑-收尾-停爐等工序而制備得到的高純度、高壽命、低成本、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)趨近**的單晶圓棒。參數(shù)如下:
